Why Property Owners in Maricopa County Choose Us

Sloppy line striping is immediately obvious — crooked lines, uneven spacing, or lines that fade in three months. We take the time to measure, plan, and execute every job with precision so the results look professional and last.

01

We Measure Before We Paint.

Every job starts with careful measuring and layout planning — not just eyeballing it. That's what makes the difference between lines that look sharp and lines that look rushed.

02

We Use Traffic-Grade Paint.

We use commercial-grade, fast-drying traffic paint that holds up against Arizona's intense UV rays, heat, and heavy vehicle traffic. Your lines will last — not fade in six months like lower-quality products.

03

We Know ADA Requirements.

ADA-compliant parking is not optional — it's the law. We know exactly how many handicap spaces are required, the correct dimensions, proper signage placement, and access aisle requirements so your property stays compliant.

04

Your Lot Is Open the Same Day.

We use fast-drying paint that's typically dry within 30–60 minutes. We plan the job in sections so traffic can use part of the lot while we work — minimizing disruption to your customers and tenants.

Line Striping FAQ

Everything you need to know about parking lot line striping and pavement marking in Maricopa County.

In Arizona, the intense UV rays and heat can fade lines faster than in other states. Most commercial parking lots need restriping every 1–2 years. High-traffic lots may need it annually. If your lines look faded, worn, or hard to see, it's time — faded lines are a liability issue as well as an appearance problem.

We strongly recommend it. Paint sticks much better and lasts much longer on a clean surface. Oil stains, dirt, and grime can prevent proper adhesion. We also offer pressure washing as a service — and we can bundle both in the same project for the best result and often a better price.

ADA requirements are based on the total number of parking spaces in your lot. As a general guide: 1–25 spaces requires 1 handicap space, 26–50 requires 2, 51–75 requires 3, and so on. At least one in every six handicap spaces must be van-accessible. We'll assess your lot and make sure you're fully compliant.

The traffic-grade paint we use dries in 30–60 minutes under normal Arizona conditions. We work in sections so your lot doesn't have to be fully closed — customers can continue using areas we've already completed. For best results, we prefer to do larger jobs early morning before the heat of the day.

Yes. If you have a new lot, a freshly paved surface, or you want to completely redesign your existing layout to fit more cars or improve traffic flow, we can design and stripe a new layout. We measure the lot, plan the stall configuration, ensure ADA compliance, and paint everything from scratch.

Yes. We mark safety walkways, forklift traffic lanes, hazard zones, and storage boundaries inside warehouses and industrial facilities. This is an OSHA requirement in many warehouse environments and is an important part of keeping your facility safe for workers.

Line striping can be done year-round in Arizona, but the ideal conditions are mild temperatures — so fall through early spring is best for the longest-lasting results. During summer months, we schedule jobs early morning (before 7 AM) when the pavement is cooler and the paint adheres and cures properly before the heat of the day sets in.
